We are using these scanners at a hospital. Every time they scan within the EMR, the image is being triplicated onto a single page. For example, they will scan an insurance card. That image will show up 3 times on a single page (1 image in blue, 1 image in red, 1 image in green). We are not sure why it's doing this. We have the most recent scanner driver.
It is not doing this when scanning to Windows Fax & Scan, but we realized this app doesn't use the Canon driver; only the WIA driver. We did a test scan with a Fujitsu and it is not having this issue.
Please advise as to why this is happening and how can it be resolved.

Greetings,
For this issue, I recommend that you contact Canon Support. 1-800-652-2666
I haven't used CaptureOnTouch for a while and don't recall any way to have it duplicate single images onto the same page in different colors. I'm sure its likely going to be a setting which has been overlooked. Start by checking the output workflow for the scan job. Someone might have changed something.

We don't have CaptureOnTouch installed; just the main TWAIN driver.
