Hello, we replaced a new set of rollers, but the problem was not solved, it still does not take paper...
The process starts, the upper rollers rotate normaly, it lifts the paper, but does not launch it inside, I am attaching a video, thanks for you help.

We have the same problem even after replacing the rollers. We found that the scanner works in manual mode, but not when it is set to automatic. Could it be that the sensors are malfunctioning?
