Hi,
I have a few of these scanners at my customers sites. They function well. I have one that wants to push the start button and have the document scan and complete the process without having to go to the screen and click the Finish button. I have looked for a setting in the software to try and make it a scan and doc save all in one step without having to click anything on the screen but have not found it. Can anyone out there tell me if this can be done and how to set the software setting. Thank you for the help.
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and which software you're using. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
Sorry, Windows 10 Pro -64bit latest version. Have the latest version of the scanner software installed. Did this yesterday. Is no issue with scanner. Works fine. Just we want to scan and save doc in one push of the start button. Just that scanner and pc are 15 feet apart so you have to scan then walk across the room click finish. Go back to the scanner put the next doc in to scan go back to click finish. So the reason to eliminate the finish button step.
Follow up - 15 feet is the closest the scanner can be to the computer it's connected to, so if your thought to solution is move them closer together, it can not be done in this case. Need that 1 push solution.
