I'VE OWNED THIS SCANNER FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND IT DOES IT'S JOB AND SERVES IT PURPOSE BUT...

I JUST RECENTLY GOT A NEW COMPUTER AND IT WON'T INSTALL THE DRIVERS NEEDED IN ORDER TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE SCANNER. - MICROSOFT SURFACE 7 - ARM BASED PROCESSOR, WINDOWS 11 X64

I’ve had a similar issue when setting up new devices, especially with ARM-based processors. First, I’d recommend checking if there are any specific drivers for ARM architecture available from the scanner’s manufacturer website. Sometimes, the standard x64 drivers don’t work properly with ARM devices.
