Hi
This scanner was downloading all my images very quickly (200 images in 30 seconds). Now it takes 10 minutes to save 200 images. Why did slow down? I delete my images after using them so it's not a space issue.
Please let me know what I can do here.
Thanks!

Hi, gnonobcs!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof) and whether there have been any changes to your computer since the last time you successfully used the scanner. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

Hi
I'm running windows and there was no changes on my computer.
My old computer was taking 2 hours to download the images so I got a brand new computer and it was working fine but the problem is happening again. So I know it's not my computer.

Hi gnonobcs,
Please describe the issue that you are experiencing with more detail. What specifically do you mean by "downloading images"? In your original post you stated that you were able to download 200 images in 30 seconds. The CanoScan 9000F is not capable of scanning that many images in 30 seconds. The more detail that you can provide, what quicker we can assist you with resolving this issue.
