Hi,
We are encountering an issue with the default installation of the Canon P215II and its TWAIN drivers.
By default, the installer places the 32-bit driver files in C:\Windows\twain_32\Canon Electronics, but our environment is 64-bit only.
We need a version of the P215II.ds driver compiled for 64-bit so that the TWAIN interface can correctly detect and use the scanner.
Currently, the C:\Windows\twain_64 directory does not contain the necessary .ds file for the Canon scanner to appear in our list of available devices via DTWAIN.
Could you please provide a 64-bit compatible TWAIN driver or confirm if one exists?
