XA11 Volume not recording

I’ve had this camera for a while now but I’ve just recently realized when I have the handle on there is no recorded volume. I’ve used several different mics including 2 different Rode mics and none have no recorded audio with my video recordings. Please help, need it working before next trip on Saturday.
