I'm lookin at a used Canon C100 MII and wondering if it's been upgraded to Dual Pixel. How does a buyer know?

From some of the literature I'm seeing about the upgrade, it mentions "A new AF Lock setting also lets you change the image framing while holding the desired focus."   To me, this implies that they'll be an additional item in menus and hopefully that can be one way to discern if a particular C100 Mark II has been updated or not.

The C100 mk2 already has the dual pixel autofocus as standard. It is the mk1 that requires the upgrade which includes a change of sensor.
