unable to print 8x10 paper using pixma pro100 ?

new printer , set up correctly .. .prints test page great, loaded epson Matte photo paper, will NOT print, keeps giving  OUT of Paper .. .please feed a sheet manually ?? very frustrating !!  any suggestions?

If you are feeding paper from Rear Tray I have found that the printer can be touchy when detecting paper. Be sure paper is fully seated in the tray.

Can you get the Pro-100 to print with the supplied 8 1/2 x 11 paper?  Always get things working well with all Canon supplies before you branch out into other papers and certainly inks.  I never recommend anybody use third party inks or refilled cartridges.  But there are some very nice, even great, paper from several manufactures.

Get it working right with Canon paper first.
