pixma pro 100 - I can't change from rear tray to manual tray.

On my Mac how can I change my settings to tell the printer to use the manual tray.  I tried to do this in my print dialog box, but manual tray is grayed out and I can't change it.

Not all paper types can print from manual Feed tray.
