Did you mean:

my printer hasn't been used in ages....

I have a Pro9500 Markii connected to an Apple Mac with OS Lion as an operating system. I believe i have downloaded the correct drivers needed.  The ink cartridges have been stored in a sealed bag. When inserted into the printer, all the lights come on and the ink levels show good.  But when I go to print, my pages are BLANK. I'll take any help or suggestions I can get.

Your print head is probably dried out. Try several deep cleanings and see if that loosens things up.

If that doesn't work you can search on line for head cleaning recommendations, such as Windex, ammonia and other techniques.

1. Canon will recommend against it

2. Some swear by it

3. Some swear it it

4. If several deep cleanings don't work the head is possibly not recoverable though normal means, so you have nothing to loose by trying.
