imageprograf PRO-300 won't print


I downloaded software, printed several practice images last week and today when I hit print button it disappears and does not engage? Please help😕

  1.  Is your printer connected via usb cord or wireless? 
  2. Is the printer installed on a Windows or Mac computer? 
  3. What program are you using to print? 
  4. Does any error message appear when you try to print?

Once you have created an account and are logged in, please click on My Products on the left hand side

on the page that appears, you should see your PRO-300

in the last column to the right of your printer, click the 3 dot button
and then click on "Get Support"

on the next page, please scroll down and click on the "Phone Support" button

once you have clicked that button, please call 800-652-2666 again for phone support
