When I print on tracing paper, the printing stops halfway through. Does anyone know what I can do?

Hi. Mailetc12! Thanks for contributing to the Canon Community. I see that the tracing paper you are using stops feeding halfway through the print cycle.
I recommend that you check the package that the paper comes in. The package should mention how thick or heavy the paper is. According to the manual, the tracing paper should be 90 gsm or .8 mm thick. It also mentions that the paper size needs to be set at the time the roll is loaded.
When you go to load the paper, please make sure that you are registering the paper type. The type should be set to "Tracing Paper." This link will show you how you can select the paper type on the printer (see step 15):
https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/TC-20M/EN/LBGA/lbga_b001.html
Before you print from the computer, you should also make sure that "Tracing Paper" is set as the paper type within the computer's paper settings:
Windows: https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/PrinterDriver/W/TC-20M/1.0/EN/PPG/Dg-main.html
Mac: https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/PrinterDriver/M/TC-20M/1.0/EN/PPG/dg-quality.html
If you'd like to look at the manual page that has the information about the paper, please check out these links:
https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/TC-20M/EN/PIF/pif_2022_3rg.html
https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/TC-20M/EN/PIF/pif_0000_2ra.html
If this information does not help, please write back and give us as much information about the tracing paper you are using. We will need to know the paper manufacturer and paper thickness (weight). We also need to know if you are using a roll of tracing paper or if you are using pre-cut sheets.
Please tell us if this issue is happening with other paper types and provide information about your computer (operating system, the name of the program being used for printing, how it is connected to the printer).
I hope this information helps. Thanks again.
