I recently bought my imagePROGRAF TC-20 and I discovered that my full colour prints on 80mg plain paper rolls ISO A2 and A1, are way too dark compared to my colleagues HP prints. Both set on normal print, not draft, on his HP the colours are bright and on my imagePROGRAF TC-20 the colours are extremely dark. I have to print directly from Adobe and set each time extra brightness and contrast (30 of 50max) so i can get a similar result like the real image. Besides this, the easy print software recommended by Canon, although extremely useful for autorotate function, ink levels and remaining roll, I can't do any collor settings besides color and grayscale. Please help me!
