imagePROGRAF TC-20 How to print 12" x 18" sheets via sheet feeder

The sheet feeder of the TC-20 accepts 12"x18" paper. However, anytime I select to print from the paper tray for 12x18 documents - it forces the print to the roller. I have spent hours trying to figure out a way to get a 12"x18" print on the Oversized Tabloid sheets to no avail. I found some documentation for doing this with a PC but nothing for a Mac. I chose this printer specifically because the specifications stated it can handle paper sized 12x18 but I can't select it as one of the paper options. Any advice would be appreciated.

When using cut sheets, the imagePROGRAF TC-20 supports the following sizes:

Your 12" width is wider than supported when using the sheet feeder.
