I'm using a Prograff 300, A new user. On my first test prints I had nice even borders, went to place borders all was good, Went to Borderless and getting a fine white border one one side and top, went back to basic borders, top and bottom fine, one side seems right and the other about 2/3rds less. Did I do something... by appearances all settings seem normal. A4, ProLuster, feeding from top.
Thanks for any Help

Hi,
New User here with a Prograff 300. My first few test prints came out with perfect Borders both Black or White. When went to Borderless... (A4, Pro Luster) I am getting a thin white border on the side and top of the Print. When I returned to Borders.... one side is quite thinner than the rest. All settings appear to be normal. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance JV

You can adjust the amount of extension the printer applies to borderless printing in the printer driver.
