Been trying to find a contact email for tech support. That page returns an error, so I'll post my issue here.
I use Red River Papers, and their 60/lb Polar Matte has an issue of the print head scraping the paper in the first inch of the print. I also hear it dragging across the paper.
Solutions? I have adjusted the print head in the advanced properties, but it hasn't stopped the problem. I have tried to set up a custom media, with the print head adjustment being successful, but the problem persists.
