imagePROGRAF PRO-300 Matte vs Premium Matte Options

I see 'MATTE' but i do not see PREMIUM MATTE as a option. Does it make a difference?

Do i need to download Paper Profiles? If i do where do i find the Canon Paper Profiles?

Hi orangecuse.

What operating system are you using?

What software are you trying to print from?

If you are on a Mac have you downloaded the Canon driver and added the Canon IJ Series version of the printer in Printers & Scanners? You do not want the Apple AirPrint version.

I have tried to print from Canon's Professional Print, Lightroom and PhotoShop
