imagePROGRAF PRO-100 printing without margins

Best,
I want to print a large A2 drawing over several A4 pages. For this I divide the A2 image into different A4 parts in a drawing program. I export the A4 pages as pdf and print the A4 pages with the option "print without margins". When printing, however, the imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 takes off a few millimeters from the sides so that when I put the A4 pages together the lines no longer match.
How can I solve this?
Best regards,
Steven

When you tell the printer to print borderless it expands the image size to be sure it covers the entire surface of the paper. That is called Image Extension.

For what you want to do the best way would be to print with the smallest margin you can and trim the paper.
