Two new pro-1100's with the same banding/lines issue on both....

Hello all, we recently picked up two pro-1100's to replace our epson P800's and we're happy with the printers overall we are experiencing a strange banding issue on our prints.  We're using photoshop on windows 11 and printing on 170gsm glossy photo paper.

I've attached a pic, the banding starts at the beginning of the prints and then fades away at the end of the prints.  Nozzle checks are clean and head alignments seem fix it temporarily.  I've seen other threads in regards to banding and we have those banding issues sometimes as well but our banding appears to be different from the other banding diagnosed in those threads.

Anyone have any clues as to what the issue could be?  Mind you this is happening with both printers so I'm thinking it's a settings issue.

Second topic I've made with no replies, do these forums simply have no traffic?
