Trouble Printing Transparencies on imagePROGRAF PRO-1100

Hi Team!

I am trying to print transparencies on an imagePROGRAF PRO-1100 and it can't seem to register the paper size and is not printing. Has anyone else had this issue?

Perhaps the printer can’t detect the “paper” since it is clear. Try this:
