I've been using the Pro-100 for about a year now without any issues. The ink cartridges are in good shape, and generally, I've been quite satisfied with the machine's performance and color output. However, I've recently encountered a problem where the color profile seems to have altered unexpectedly. The prints I'm getting now are significantly different and of lower quality compared to what's displayed on my screen.
I'm a bit at a loss and would really appreciate any insights or suggestions on what might be causing this and how to resolve it. Thanks in advance for your help!
