Pro9000 MarkII PM ink is clogged

Only the PM ink is clogged even after cleaning and deep cleaning and new ink. I have even wiped the contact pad under the cartridge with a cotton tip. I am using non-Canon ink! Is repair next? Thanks.

Hi Reliceye,

If you have only tried a single deep cleaning, I recommend 3-4 consecutive deep cleanings.  If that does not resolve the issue, please use the Contact Us link to get in touch with our support staff who can provide relevant support options.
