Pro-300 card stock dragging corner during top feed

I bought my Pro300 March 2023 to print note cards and art prints for my watercolor business. Orders are picking up and I am printing more frequently, just printed 150 cards over the course of several days as I tend to baby it along, 3-4 sheets top feed at a time, 60lb paper from Red River or today, 80lb vellum card stock. As it feeds through it is now "catching" on the left corner of the card stock, printer makes a bit of a clicking sound. It feeds through fine, image is great but this is leaving a tiny black spot on the corner and the paper is peeled a tiny bit on that corner. I am panicking as xmas orders are coming! I was going to do a roller cleaning including wiping the roller. Any other suggestions?? This weight paper shows to be fine for the printer and I have been printing on it for over a year with no issues til now.
