Pro 300 Printer Issue

I purchased an Image Prograf Pro 300 printer recently and it is leaking ink from the bottom of the printer on the power button side. It seems to only do so when the ink gets agitated or new ink is loaded. What is the fix for this?  20211212_201405.jpg

I have the the same issue with leaking ink when I did the alignment portion of the "setup". Is there any info on this issue?

I contacted Tech Support. They are sending me out a new printer. There is definitely an issue with the printer.
