I've printed an A4 on a Foto Speed NST Bright White (315g) through the manual feed with great results. The same print on Pearl Luster (290g) comes out mangled at the bottom.
The A4 settings are through Canon Professional Layout with the appropriate paper configurations. The print is with a borderless setting through the top feed and the manual feed I've aligned the print head. At the bottom of the print- the print head starts banging into the print and it comes out mis-aligned. Any thoughts?

Do you have an adjustment or setting to prevent paper abrasion like the Pro-100?
