Pro-1000 New Firmware

I got a notice on my printer that a new firmware update is available. Every time I try to install I get - Cannot connect to server. Why is that?

What version of Windows or MacOS are you running? Also, is the printer connected via usb cord or wireless?

I am running MacOS Ventura and the printer is connected via ethernet.
