Pro 100 Won't Print Borderless

chiapet56

I've tried printing out of image garden, out of InDesign, out of Photoshop, out of Illustator, as a PDF but nothing seems to make my printer want to print borderless.

I've tried A4, 5 x 7, custom paper sizes, images that are exactly the size of the paper but nothing seems to be working.

Am I missing something?

Did you set the Borderless Printing option in the printer driver?

How would I get to that on a mac?

Unless you're talking about the printing prefernces right before I print, in which case borderless printing is always selected...

I am using a Windows machine. yes, it is the pop-up when you select prinint preferences.

Sorry I can't be more help.

Thanks anyway 🙂

Anyone else, with a mac?

What paper are you using?: From Canon website:

  1. "6.5 or later or Canon ImageBrowser 6.5 or later for "MOV" files, or Canon ImageBrowser EX 1.0 or later for "MOV" or "MP4" files.
  2. Envelopes, High Resolution Paper and certain fine art papers are NOT supported for borderless printing."

Not fine art paper that's for sure

I'm using actual Canon Pixma High Gloss II  Paper for prints and I'm STILL getting borders (With borderless printing On)
