Hi, I'm helping a friend with his Pro-100. He machine is running Windows 10. The problem is when he print and want to see the print preview, he can't. The button to print preview is greyed out. I notice that the dialog box say that the print preview is only available when .net framework 4.0 installed. windows 10 comes with it installed. his other win 10 machines do not have this problem. any idea what it could be?
