Can you post a screen shot of PSP?

Did you crop image to the portrait aspect ratio you want?

Hi !

1) How can I grab a screen shot ??

2) The image was captured as a portrait but automayically shows up as a landscape in PSP . When I choose portrait mode in PSP I only get a small part of my picture.

LR 6.8

Command-Shift-3 will let you capture the screen on Mac.

I have Sierra-LR CC-PSP 2.1.

I tried some tests and don't seem to reproduce what you are experiencing.

If you could do a screenshot of the PSP display and settings i can try and select your settings.

Hi !

I am having problems formatting my photo to a maximum of 5000 K. I am working on it.

I noticed that when I use PSP with a jpeg photo, I get portrait mode by default and the landscapoe mode only gives me part of the picture. This is exactly the opposite of when I work with the same file in DNG mode.

I am working on reducing the file size to below 5000 k so I can send it.

Thanks

Open screencapture with Preview use Tools-> Adjust Size to make size 1024x768
