Hello,
I can't get my Canon Pro 10 to print the correct size out of InDesign 2018 CC. Ive correctly selected every level of page size (via OS or Program specific), yet despite my doing this, since October of this year the printer at first printed it's first print postcard sized, and then subsiquent prints at the correct size and now EVERY print wherein I'm trying to print on A3+ borderless it prints postcard size.
I've tried downloading the latest driver and reinstalling, no avail. Printer functioned fine for 2 years of ownership here until October (coincided with Adobe 2018 CC update). However, it prints the same out of 2017 CC as well now. Just stumped.
No, I can't print out these files from a Canon native program (they are advert layouts).
Yes, I can print correctly out of Adobe Acrobat—this process is laborious and unnecessary.
If the driver hasn't caught up with Adobe, do you know when it will? This is crippling.
On an iMac with 10.11.6.
