Printer marks on my Pixma Pro-10

I've had this printer for a 2 weeks, printing pretty frequently and I just started experiencing this problem.  Usually at the top of the page too.

I've been using CANON Fine Art Bright White 13"x19".  Manual tray set to Fine Art Paper - Other 1 in the profile.

I've gone through all the maintenance settings, clean print head, nozzle checks, aligned print heads, clean rollors, but I'm still getting the same problem.  Is there a physical way to clean print head?  What would cause this issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In that picture, it is hard to see what 'matks' are unwanted.  Smiley Frustrated

It's leaving these white lines when I print.  I cant tell if it's roller marks but I noticed them on the of the pages.

Kinda looks like poor ink coverage.  You can try denatured alcohol on a q-tip but it realy doesn't look like dirty rollers.  Worth a try!

Hi

I'm having the same problem on my Pro-10. I've only been using fro a few weeks and only done around 50 prints..

Dd you find a satisfactory answer to rid the printer marks?

Thanks
