After not using my pro-100 for about 10 days, I turned it on to print. (Purchased December 2018). I keep getting the message "printer not responding." The Wifi appears connected (blue light) but it doesn't print. I haven't changed any settings, so kind of puzzling. Any suggestions?

I think when my Surface 4 (Win 10) goes into hibernate, the printers don't always wake up. Sleep seems to work fine. Maybe that will help someone else who has the issue.
