Hello, I have a new Pixma IP8720 and I haven't been able to print in the 13 x 19 cm format, which was actually the print size I bought this printer for. Sizes like letter and legal work perfectly, but when I put in a sheet of this size, it gives me an error. I tried printing from programs like Photoshop and Corel Draw, and it doesn't print. I even exported the file as a PDF thinking it was a problem with the program drivers... but it still doesn't print. After I give the print command, the paper feeds right through and the orange light starts flashing.
What should I do?
Thanks for the help

Greetings ,
The printer supports A3+ format and 13x19 in, not centimeters. Maybe this is a typo?

In order for us to help, we need to know the version and build of the operating system you're using the printer with?
Also, please let us know which drivers and utilities you installed?

Hi, thank you for your quick response.
The 13 x 19 format is in inches, not centimeters. The operating system version I'm using is iOS Tahoe 26.1. After trying various things, I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled the latest version, and I was finally able to print in that size.
Thank you for your help.

So many problems here are fixed by reinstalling the printer software, makes me wonder if it is Canon or have OSs become really finicky, or both?
