Power supply for Pixma Pro-100

jayowens

I have a Pixma Pro-100 but I lost the power supply in a move.
I have looked online for a replacement.
The ones I see pictured show a single, round plug to go into the printer.
My printer expects a double prong A/C connection.

I also note power cables with a double prong connection, but these
apparently go into the power supply not the printer.

I am sure I need a power supply with a double prong cord to go into the printer.
How can I get the proper device?

My printer model is K10377
What appears to be the serial number is QC4-6315-DB01-01

Any help would be appreciated.

Cordially,
Jay

Welcome Jay.

The Pro-100 does not have an external power supply. It just uses the cord that you described.

I the printer serial number is inside the compartment where the ink cartridges go. It is also on the rear of the device.

Thank you very much John.

I wonder why the Canon spare parts department didn't tell me that when I ordered both the cord and a power supply.  We'll see if they will let me return the power supply.

And thanks for the info on where the serial number is.

Jay
