Greetings,
Yesterday while printing I got this message in photoshop,
Could not complete the Canon Layout Plug-In for Print Studio Pro command because of a program error.
This came out of the blue and I have never had an issue like this before. I was printing the day before and ran about 35 canvases with zero problems.
Today I uninstalled both PS 2018CC as well as Print Studio Pro and then did a reinstall and the problem is still there.
I am printing on the Image Pro Graf Pro 4000.
I use a mac and with High Siera Version 10.13.6
I am at a loss as what to do and I have a back log of stuff to print.
The reqular print studio software loads fine and is workable however I the plugin for the canvas does not.
Any ideas?

Hi MasBeyondo,
I see that you have re-installed Print Studio Pro, let's also update the media information file.
Click HERE.
Scroll down to "Software."
Click “Select” next to "Media Information File."
Press "Download."
Open and run the file.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
