Please help! Roll holder sits loosely on imagePROGRAF TC-21

Hey everyone I just received my imageprograf tc-21 and I’m very excited and eager to get at it but after removing all the packaging bits, I find the left roll holder sits loosely. I’m trying to find out is that just how it is until a roll of paper is put in or what. I won’t be using a roll of paper just yet but I’m hoping to find out if this is renal and if not how to fix.
