After replacing the print head and still getting Error code 1403, I learned that Mac's Catalina and the printer aren't compatible. 😞
My only choice now is to rehome the printer if possible. Can anyone tell me if it will work with a Windows computer?
Maybe I should also ask—is the incompatibility issue the thing that produces this particular error code? Or is there a chance I really have two bad print heads? I'd hate to give someone a problem if I rehome it.

It depends. Like a Mac, there are various versions of the Windows operating system. There are no drivers for Windows 10.
