Pixma Pro 9000 bottom of the page

My Pixma Pro 9000 is acting weirdly. The last 10% of the photo is always printing offset colors. Tried different drivers, replaced ink cartridges, multiple head cleanups. tried to print from different files/softwares. Always the same problem.

Does this mean you get the same problem with two different computers?

What software are you printing from?

Yes tried from 2 different computers. Also tried to pring from Lightroom, Windows Photo app as well as from AcDsee. All Same results

As well as Completely restarting, I restarted by reformating the PC, reinstalling Windows, reinstalling lightroom and reinstalling the driver. Same issue.
