Greetings,
Without history or troubleshooting, all we can do is guess or speculate.
Old or low ink
Problem with the print head
Since the image file isn't changing, it appears there is a problem with ink delivery.
I'd start with basic troubleshooting:
Does it have a sufficient supply of inks?
What happen if you print a nozzle check pattern?
Etc
