Pixma Pro 200 Printing wrong paper size

My Pixma Pro 200 isn't recognizing the paper size. I've registered the paper size and paper type on the printer and it matches the print dialog box on my computer, but it prints 8.5 x 11 on 13 x 19 paper.

What software are you printing from? Is the image you are trying to print sized to 13x19? Does the print option have a Zoom to fit option? Can you post a screen shot of the software print dialogue?
