Pixma Pro-200 Broken Carriage clip

mbguess

I just received a Pixma via UPS. The previous user had shipped it with the printhead and ink already installed. Anyways when I received it I noticed that the carriage tracking is not smooth at all. Its almost like its dragging on the bottom as if its hanging too low. Well actually, its not hanging at all. Should it be hanging? On further inspection I did find 2 tiny plastic pieces inside the unit that look like they have broken off of something. They are about a quarter of an inch long. Everytime I try to turn on the printer the motion of the carriage back and forth during the unit warm up causes a heavy vibration and I get a C000 error. I'm thinking a plastic piece that supports the printholder and holds it up has broken? What can be done? Thanks.
