Pixma Pro 100 color

Since my Mac's software updated the color on my prints is horrible. I've used differnt settings and profiles and still have the same problem. All the ink is fresh aswell.

Download and install the latest driver from the Canon support site

 

Itis 16.40.1.0. 

Be sure the IJ Series version of the printer is the one showing.

Thanks formthe almost instant reply!

 

Nothing ever runs smoothly.

 

I need to update the firmware before the driver goes in.

 

The installer has failed repeatedly from my Mac Pro and laptop, on which it is the only usb plugged in.

 

I downloaded the installer twice.

 

I'm not sure what the iJ vesion of the printer is.  Hown can I tell?

 

Must be the problem, I bet.
