Hi,
We are finding that we are having to clean the rollers consistently (like every 6 prints) just to get them to take paper. We print on cotton rag, so have accepted that there is going to be some buildup. But it has got to the state where even with cleaning, they are refusing to feed.
What can we do about this? We're using a cotton wool bud and a dab of water for the cleaning. Should we use some sort of alcohol?
it's getting to the state where we are looking at buying new printers and one of them isn't even a year old yet!
Any help is gratefully received.

I'm a UK based person.
All the resources point towards cleaning the roller but there is only so many times you can clean it and it not work.
