I am unable to print to CD's. I have d/l the latest driver and now have 2 printers showing in printer prefs. The number 2 printer say's it is offline and not connected, I have made it the default printer. How do I get this number 2 printer to work.( this must be from d/l the latest drivers as it say's it has driver 12...... where as my other printer is driver 2.
Thanks

Making it the default printer (which tells the computer which printer to to) doesn't make it on line. You can disconnect and unplug your default printer and it will still be default unless you select another one.
If you can't make printer 2 go online or make printer 1 default and print to it (I am assuming you see two printers and only have one physical Pro-100) I would suggest you delete the Pro-100 drivers and start over.
Others may have different suggestions.
You can also call Canon directly on their support line.

Further to my problems with printing to CD's. I now find that after d/l the latest drivers and making the No.2 printer the default I cannot get it to work or be seen in "prefs" by wifi, it works okay with the usb cable connected.
How can I get it to work on WiFi.
Thanks

To diagnose a wi-fi problem from a far would be an exercise in futility. We would have to see and know your set up. Something you have set is wrong. Wrong IP address, perhaps? Pin? Who knows?
From your other posts, however, I would delete all traces of everything you have done so far and start over from the beginning.
You should see one printer and one printer only.
