Pixma PRO-200 Paper Shifting during the last few centimeters of print

Size:4x6

While printing, 90 percent of the photo comes out perfectly fine until the last few centimeters where I can visibly see and hear the printer slightly shifting the photo paper. The end result is a very blurry last 10 percent of the picture with white areas by the corner.
