Paper not feeding Cannon 100 series

We are having issues with printing both rear and manual tray on printer. The computer says there is no paper to feed. I tried cleaning rollers and the paper feeds fine but will not print. Need assistance. Planning to call cannon tomorrow.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using.  It sounds like you're using the PIXMA PRO-100 but we want to make sure. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
