PRO-4000S stop trimming between sheets

I cannot find the setting to stop trimming the paper between sheets.  We have about 200 strips about 4" long of wasted paper because of this trimming between sheets.

ANY HELP - PLEASE?

I think I solved the issue.  I took a look at it; [I filled this out because our IT dept was not succeeding] - and noticed when you go back one screen after turning off 'Trim Edge First' there is a 'Register' button that needs to be pressed.  Our IT person did not press that button.
