I need to be able to use the Multi-Purpose Tray to print on media WITHOUT the hole in the center. Can someone help me with this?
I want to print very small borderless prints, so I made a little cardstock stencil for the Multi-Purpose Tray based on the shape of the NL-101 printable nail stickers. It fits perfectly, and I can now use double-sided tape to affix little sheets of paper onto the tray. My tiny prints are beautiful and have the exact size and borderless look I've been searching for.
Unfortunately, the CD/DVD tray defaults to printing with an annoying hole right in the center!
Can someone help me override this? I need to be able to print on small sheets without the holes.

Hi Canope,
The multi-purpose tray was designed to print on disks. That is why the circle is present in your printout. There isn't an override or workaroud available to prevent this.

I have exactly the same challenge. I print directly on aluminium discs the same size as cd ROM.
That works pretty good except for the hole in the center. I tried several label printing software. The software "surething" even allows to set the diameter of the hole to zero. However when I send the label to the Prograf 300 the hole is back.
May I ask whether there is a solution for this application by now?
Thanks for any suggestions
