PIxma Pro 200 ink mark on upper right edge

My Canon Pixma Pro 200 sometimes puts an ink mark on the upper (last printed) right edge of the paper.  It does this for a few cards, then doesn't for some, then starts again.

I am printing glossy 8.5" x 5.5" notecards.
